Refund & Return Policy

At Ashley Jade Ltd, we want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy sets out our terms on refunds, returns and cancellations. Please read it carefully before buying.

1. Online courses & digital resources

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of online courses, digital downloads and training materials are strictly final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once course materials (videos, manuals or resources) have been accessed or downloaded.

2. Website builds & bespoke services

All website builds and bespoke services are strictly non-refundable. As work is carried out specifically for you once your project is commissioned, no refunds will be issued once a build has begun — this includes any deposits and payments made.

3. Assessment standards

Purchase of a course does not guarantee a pass or the awarding of an accredited certificate. Students may resubmit assessments multiple times, but passing is subject to meeting the required standards, in order to protect the integrity of our accredited programmes.

4. Physical products

If you purchase a physical product from our store, it may be eligible for return or exchange if:

  • It is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is faulty or damaged on arrival

To initiate a return, please email ashley@ashleyjadeltd.com with your order details and reason for return.

5. Exceptions

  • Online courses, digital downloads, training manuals and website builds are non-refundable
  • Items not in their original condition, or that are damaged or missing parts, are not eligible for refunds

6. Processing refunds

Where a refund is approved (physical products only), it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
