She founded Ashley Jade Vocational College after scaling her own specialist training academy into a multi-six-figure education business and an Ofqual-approved centre delivering regulated qualifications in partnership with recognised awarding organisations.
Today, she works with established hair, beauty and aesthetics professionals to launch accredited academies, build compliant education structures, and transition from service-based income to scalable training businesses designed for long-term growth.
